Luis González is Associate Professor of Spanish. He received his PhD from the University of California at Davis. His main areas of research are syntactic theory and Spanish applied linguistics. In addition to several articles, he is the co-author of Gramática para la composición, 2nd ed. (Georgetown UP, 2007) with M. Stanley Whitley. This book includes a website with approximately 1,000 self-checking exercises. He has also published a web-based grammar tutorial for Spanish with over 4,000 exercises.
